• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc).

• Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce on budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates.
• Conducts and attend weekly communications meeting as required.
• To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.


Requirements:
• Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
• Recognized mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 6 years industrial experience in coal and mineral mining operation.

MINING PRODUCTION HEAD

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Recognized mining engineering qualifications.

• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.


Requirements:
• Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.

MINE ENGINEER HEAD

Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.

• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.

Responsibilities:
• Control, manage and supervise logistic activities from order process to material arrival in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Supply Chain Management process which conform to business ethics and company s procedure.
• Control and monitor overall packing and transport handling process to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirements and as per standard procedures.
• Administer and report all repair for light vehicle or light trucks, also cost for repaired in order to be reviewed and appraises by the Equipment manager.

• Ongoing development of the maintenance management system.

Plan and manage the acquisition of land for all areas needed to support the project s development across all CCoWs and areas on interest. Ensure proper coordination with and involvement of relevant government institutions, community groups and other stakeholders to achieve required land access and approvals. This position will be assigned to site with 5-2 roster (5 weeks on; 2 weeks off).

Community Investment Program Specialist
Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, you will be principally responsible for developing, executing, reporting, monitoring and evaluating an integrated and short-to-long term community investment plan/activities for Company s safe, reliable and sustainable projects/explorations/operations in Indonesia. The roles and responsibilities include:

• Deliver a quality community investment plan for different projects.
Asses the non-technical aspects of the projects. Lead/influence team and third parties to deliver commitments safely, on track and on budget, and in accordance with the Company s values and ethics.

Support the needs of Company, such as obtaining permits, visits, AMDAL implementation, manpower mob/demobilization, recruitment, etc. Become a main contact for Company in dealing with the key local stakeholders. Regularly promote, socialize and update Company s safety/growth agenda, values and activities. Handle all community-related issues; review and make necessary recommendations to management.

• Provide regular updates/recommendations to Company on local issues/ challenges.
• Comply with required legal and administrative standards to ensure that the program is properly funded and administered.

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years field assignment in public affairs or in related field, preferably in the oil & gas Industry, mining, banking and manufacturing industry. Fluent English: verbal communication, reporting and presentation skills. Good understanding of relevant Indonesian laws/regulations. Reliable negotiator, communicator and excellent interpersonal skills.
