A. Electric Supervisor (kode: ELC)

Job Desc :
• To ensure the reliabilities of DG sets, Gas Turbine system and its auxiliaries electrical system
• To execute efficient routine preventive of DG set and Gas Turbine system
• To ensure operation request are promptly attended
• To establish minor and major routine preventive maintenance of DG and GT scheduler plant
• To supervise the troubleshooting and minor repair work
• To ensure the execution of major repair, improvement and maintenance of equipment manufacturer
• To coordinate and supervise subordinate in their duties, and prepare monthly maintenance plant and schedule
• To provide electric PH maintenance data report

Qualification:
• Education : University Degree or Bachelor Degree or Technical High School graduate in Electrical Engineering
• At least two years working experience for University Degree or five years for Bachelor degree or eight years for Technical High School graduated in group leader or managerial function in power plant.
• Have a good knowledge both electrical and electronic equipment for power generation, power system protection, PLC system, maintenance of DF engine, engine instrument and automation of DF engine, engine instrument and automation of DF engine, preventive and predictive maintenance, writing report, Able to conduct protective relay testing, setting and testing AVR, to design and develop control system for power generation equipment.

FUEL & ASH OPERATION LEADER (FAOL)

Job Descriptions: 
• Prepare guidelines, manuals and procedures for Fuel and Ash section cooperation with relevant staff by referring ESMP, HSE Guideline, National Regulation and O&M Manuals
• Provide assistance and input during set-up work of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Find and resolve the pending items related to the Plant safety and reliable operation of fuel and ash system before COD to a maximum extent

• Control and monitor the whole process of coal transport from the barge until the bunker bay through coordination with the Coal Handling O&M services.

• Coordinate and maintain good working relationship with Fuel Supplier and Coal Handling O&M services in order to ensure smooth fuel supply process

OPERATION PERFORMANCE LEADER (OPL)

Job descriptions :
• Develop the operation staff through suitable short-term and long-term training program
• Prepare guidelines, manuals and procedures for Performance section cooperation with relevant staff by referring ESMP, HSE Guideline, National Regulation and O&M Manuals
• Set-up condition of data collection (i.e. regimes of operation, level of units loading, checking of measurement instruments calibration certificates, cross checking of collected data, analyses the possibility of data errors, supplementary mobile instruments necessary for completeness of data collection etc,
• Follow up the commissioning program based on the EPC contract in related to the plant performance test
• Manage plant performance analysis and testing.
• Support plant staff during monitoring and improving unit efficiencies. Review plant data and perform trend analyses to detect present condition and potential problems
• Coordination with Maintenance Department in developing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Monitor and control daily and weekly reports and identify necessary recommendations and improvement of the Power Plant operation
• Direct and manage the performance test in periodical basis
• Conduct daily analysis of plant performance by daily checking and maintenance plant statistical data, analysis of opportunities for technical and operational improvements.
• Ensure that the subordinates are fully conversant with their respective duties and responsibilities and carrying out them safely and correctly
• Investigates and evaluates new ideas, methods, technologies, and materials related to plant operation and recommendation for improvements

• Provide assistance and input during set-up work of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Find and resolve the pending items related to the Plant safety and reliable operation before COD to a maximum extent
• Follow up the commissioning program based on the EPC program and making a technical justification during on site witness program to adhere with PPA and EPC contract
• Manage the overall operation activities of the power plant and its auxiliaries
• Take a leadership and management of his subordinate which consist of CCR Operator and Local Operator in BTG and BOP areas.
• Ensuring high motivation and involvement of the subordinates through fair treatment and active communication with the personnel
• Coordinate and supervising the activities both of Control Room Operator and Local Operator during operation the power plant in safe, efficient, economic and environmental friendly
• Take initiative and coordination with the relevant parties in accordance with the event of emergency situation in order to normalize the plant situation easily
• Coordinate and control all aspects of real time dispatch communication with PLN P2B (Dispatch Control Center)
• Ensuring that the subordinates are fully conversant with their respective duties and responsibilities and carrying out them safely and correctly
