We would like to invite dynamic candidates to join our team as:
PRODUCTION PLANNER
Job Requirements:
• Experienced with API 5CT or Premium Pipe Threading Connection will be advantaged.
• Perform Time/Method Study to ensure Cycle Time/Lead Time Accuracy.
• Provide accurate planning / scheduling for daily production and operational activities.
• Coordinate with Facility HOD / Supervisor and assign job orders to specific production line / individuals as required.
• Ensure that all Job Orders are completed and closed in a timely manner.
• Periodically review on Job order backlog to ensure that proper workflow is maintained.
• Develop, produce and review periodic database reports to reflect ongoing work order progress, employee productivity and other data as may be required by the Facility Manager / HOD.
• Generate Daily Production report to facilitate Production meeting with all relevant parties.
• Able to work independently and with strong initiative.
• Able to communicate well with all level.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor / Degree in any Engineering and or Production discipline, and exposure to network scheduling techniques is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4-5 years within an MRP environment.
• High level of PC expertise – Excel/Word and VBA is compulsory.
• Excellent Planning and Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focused, Self Initiative and Attentive to Job Details.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is a must.
MAINTENANCE HOD
Job Requirements:
• Experienced with API 5CT or Premium Pipe Threading Connection will be advantaged.
• To Establish Maintenance Program for all Machine and equipment in the facility.
• Familiar with control system using PLC and/or DCS.
• Trouble-Shoot and Repair all problematic CNC machine / Manual Lathe / Generator and Engine.
• Provide training to relevant parties on proper maintenance needed.
• Raise internal request on spare parts replacement and work on preventive maintenance is compulsory.
• Control downtime by training production workers of routine preventative maintenance techniques; monitor compliance.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supply inventories by checking stock to determine inventory levels.
• Work on Short maintenance activities with efficiency to boost high productivities output.
• Maintains direct communication with Team Leader and other department manager regarding job status.
Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in related field.
• Diploma / Degree in any Engineering disciplinary.
• Able to converse well in English.
• Excellent Planning and Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focused, Self Initiative and Attentive to Job Details.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is a must.
INVENTORY CONTROL
Job Requirements:
• Department coordination and proper scheduling of material to Production ensure internal manufacturing requirements are met.
• Upfront planning, to ensure proper material planning with production to achieve just-in-time delivery and continuously improving customer delivery.
• To perform physical inspection activities on ALL receiving and out-going materials.
• Proper maintenance on inventory/stock control with proper identification with relevant documents i.e. Shipping documents, Tally sheet, DO / PO, etc.
• Provide proper documentation control for Mill Cert, Filing and with traceability records to all heat lot, etc.
• Perform monthly / quarterly and Annually stock count to ensuring the Store and Warehouse inventories accuracy and generate monthly inventory report.
• Assist in periodic stock audit to ensure the inventories accuracy.
• Able to work independently and with strong initiative and communicate well with all level.
• Ensure compliance to ISO/ API Quality Management System and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirement.
• Implement proper storage with proper identification for every parts/materials and maintain good 5S Housekeeping.
Job Qualifications:
• Diploma in any Engineering and or Production discipline, and exposure to network scheduling techniques is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4-5 years in inventory control.
• Computer literate – Excel/Word is compulsory.
• Excellent Planning and organizing skills.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is a must.
