We are a fast growing coal mining company in Indonesia, subsidiary of Trakindo Group, operating in South Kalimantan. We come with strong financial and logistical support from our parent and affiliated companies and a commitment to mining coal safely with minimal environmental impact.

Currently we are looking for a professional to build a career with us. Applicants are invited for the following position:

1. Mine Operation Supervisor (Site Based)

To ensure coal mining activity is carried out according to mine planning, comply to HSE regulation to achieve the quantity, quality and HSE target by supervising and coordinating the whole mining activity and its supporting which carried out by contractor and subcontractor.

Qualification:

~ Minimum S1 majoring Mine Engineering or Geological Engineering
~ At least 4 years of working experience in Mine Operation supervising or Pit Control, with 2 years experience in supervisory level
~ Certified as Pengawas Operational Pertama
~ Good command in English, both written and spoken

2. Assistant Mine Surveyor (Site Based)

Assist Mine Surveyor to ensure all the measurements in the mine can be carried out accurately so that mine progress according to plan can be detected.

Qualification:

~ Minimum S1 majoring Geological or Geodetic Engineering
~ At least 1 year experience as surveyor in coal mine industry
~ Able to operate survey equipment

3. HSE Foreman (Site Based)

To assist HSE Supervisor in the implementation of safety procedure in mining area as well as company facilities by preparing safety supervising plan, coordinate and monitor safety procedure implementation, and conduct investigation & inspection according the procedure.

Qualification:

~ Minimum S1 majoring Occupational Health and Safety
~ At least 2 years of working experience in HSE of coal mining or coal terminal industry
~ Sound knowledge of HSE regulation and procedure
~ Certified as Pengawas Operasional Pertama; Ahli K3 Umum

4. Kitchen Officer (Site Based)

To monitor and supervise all canteen and kitchen activity, ensure food serving according to quality, hygiene, and sanitation standard.

Qualification:

~ Minimum D3 in Culinary
~ At least 2 years of working experience in cooker supervising, kitchen management, or caterer service
~ Sound knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standard

5. Community and Government Relation Officer (Site Based)

To maintain and organized professional relation activities within PT. Tunas Inti Abadi teams to the operational government institution as well as surrounding community.

Qualification:

~ Minimum S1 majoring Law, Administration, Social Science or related subject
~ At least 2 years of working experience as community and government relation in a coal mine industry
~ Excellent communication and negotiation skill
~ Able to speak local language (Banjar) will be an advantage

6. HR & GA Officer (Site Based)

To assist HR&GA Supervisor ensuring general affairs services delivery are running smoothly by maintaining camp facilities, travel and light vehicle arrangement, etc.

Qualification:

~ Minimum S1 majoring Administration, Social Science or related subject
~ At least 2 years of working experience as HR&GA in a coal mine industry
