Reporting to CRD & LA Superintendent, this challenging and exciting position will be responsible to assist and support early works project team in community relation and land acquisition activities. Support stakeholder relation team in implementing community development programs. Maintaining the action plans with the local communities in the field including with the local government officials and good communication and relation also. Plan, manage and control community development program and its implementation activities at all sites based on government regulation and company regulation. Provide advisory/recommendation related with community development based on updated information about the new community development regulation and or issues in mining area. Plan, manage and controls problems handling and potential issues related with the community development plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, leading in litigation process, liaise with the company s lawyer/law firm). Plan and manage the acquisition of land for all areas needed to support the project s development across all CCoWs and areas on interest. Ensure proper coordination with and involvement of relevant government institutions, community groups and other stakeholders to achieve required land access and approvals. This position will be assigned to site with 5-2 roster (5 weeks on; 2 weeks off).
To be considered to this position, at least Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 5-7 years experience in CRD & LA team. Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English (oral and written) are desirable. Willingness to learn, work hard, diligence, honesty, high motivation would be an advantage.
