We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position of : 1. SPREAD SUPERINTENDENT Job Function: • Oversee the execution of fabrication, construction, hookup and mechanical completion of the structure and facilities. • Coordinate activities of Site Safety Advisor and technical and inspection personel. • Monitor and appraise contractor construction activities and performance. • Determince corrective actions needed in order to meet project objectives and work to have these implemented. • Coordinate interfaces and interactions with contractors and subcontractors and with operations and drilling personnel on site. • Report progress, performance, initiatives, issues and challenges to Site Manager. Responsibility and Duties: • Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel. • Provide input to and review development of contractor s detailed plans to complete the work • Monitor and appraise contractor s performance and recommend corrective action to be taken where deficienciens ate detected verify actions are taken. • Coordinate resolution of production and technical issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off-site. • Establish, implement, and maintain mechanical completion verification plan and process. • Ensure appropriate Material Handling and working Environment reviews are carried out at site and that findings are resolved and implemented by contractor. • Liaise with on-site Operations, Drilling and functional personner regarding planning and implementation of fabrication, construction and mechanical completion activities. • Participate in lesson learned reviews and provide input to close-out report sections upon completion of work. • Administer the execution of the contract, including interpretations to the contract. • Reviews change request and change assessments in accordance with managemenet of change plan. • Provide input to appraisal process for assigned site personnel. Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills And Experiences: • BS / MS in Mechanical. • BS/MS in Engineering. • 5-10 years experience. 2. INSPECTION LEAD SPREAD Job Function: • Assure that required inspection methods are performed proper;y, includingDFT, Holiday testing, etc. Monitor mixing & applications of coatings by contractor. Maintain daily log or activities. Responsibility And Duties: • Oversee inspection of piping and weding activities conducted at contractors and sub-contractors facilities. • Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors. • Review original material certificates for compliances to codes and specifications. • Ensure testing, measuring, welding and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification. • Ensure storage and user of welding consumables is per manufacture s recommendations and full certifications. • Review Contractor s field inspections and test reports. • Verify Contractor, subcontractor Qualitiy Management systems, plans, procedures and processes are in place. • Implement Cepu project Construction Surveillance Program. Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Experiences: • Working knowledge of : √ Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (E.g.AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001). √ Piping fabrication methods. √ Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods. √ Piping, Isometrics and shop drawing. • Through understanding of applicable Cepu Project specifications. • Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc). • Good Oral and written English language skills. • Well versed in safe work practices. • Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languanges. • Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects. 3. E&I INSPECTOR Job FOB Function: • Oversees, inspects, evaluates, and comments on E&I work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of E&I related activities that align with the project s, goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team on civil activities, progress, and issues. Responsibility and Duties: • Oversee E&I related construction activities (conduit installation, cabling, terminations, testing, etc…) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area. • Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope. • Ensure that all E&I related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, and regulatory requirements. • Ensure that all required E&I related inspections are performed properly. • Maintain daily log of activities. • Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team. • Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements. • Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures; maintain Deviation Control Log. • Assist in stewarding E&I queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests. • Keep Project Team informed of E&I progress, deviations, and execution concerns. • Provide input on contractor performance such as worker capabilities, training, qualifications, and staffing levels. • Assist the Project Team in obtaining E&I related contract documents, including those referred to in the job specification. Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences: • Broad and extensive knowledge of: - Industry design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria. - Onshore pipeline and valve station design, construction, and operations. • Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering. • 10+ years of closely related professional experience, 5+ years inspecting E&I works. • Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills. • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc. • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.
