Sr. Pipeline Project Engineer
This Sr. Pipeline Project Engineer position will have the primary responsibility as project engineer for all pipeline projects assigned, both for onshore and offshore. With assistance from Engineering Team, will lead preparation Project s Basis of Design. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes and specifications.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Mechanical/Structural/Civil/Chemical Engineering, with at least 8 years of facilities design and implementation experience of which a minimum of 5 years is oil and gas facilities design/construction experience,
• Strong technical/engineering skills in a multi-discipline arena with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards,
• Broad knowledge of pipeline products, manufacturers and suppliers, including expertise in areas covering the design, specification, manufacturing, testing, installation, hook-up, commissioning and start-up,
• Preferably have previous exposure to oil and gas production/operation,
• Preferably certified and/or chartered as professional engineer,
• Preferably familiar with common Pipeline calculation/simulation software,
• Good verbal and written English communication skills,
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel.
